My visit to Sapphire

Ahhh i always wishd to see dat mill so i got opportunity last week...infact i met wd my final year seniors who r working their as AWM .....

i hav seen many many textillions n many many mills but mills wd good environment a place for healthy relationship b/w management n employees they just fascinate me ...
i visited gulshan weaving n sapphire in just one day...
learnt all the processes of weaving ...
Mr Faisal Rasheed is employed in back process his managerial skills i really admire . Mr Adeel n Mr Faisal Masood are performing their duties in shedds over looms...noise factory...noise blasts ....i think next time i visit any weaving mill i shud leave my ears back home...............

hhmmmm life doesnt stop here they were telling me dat their life is running smoothly n v much organized now.... in evenings they play badminton n hav fun wd seniors n tv lounge...i had also chance to meet my ALUMNI n it was nice chat wd them abt our current textile industry situation......
